Welcome to Charlotte Hideaway! This modern open concept duplex. It is the lower level of a lake house but completely separate from the top level. It is designed to accommodate 4 comfortably with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has one private bedroom and one semi-private bedroom. It is conveniently .3 mile to Boat Ramp #2, 17 minutes to Cranes Mill Marina with opportunities for boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and hiking in the area. Escape at Charlotte Hideaway.

 

Added Measures for COVID-19 Outbreak:

Our staff is cleaning with medical-grade disinfectants and following CDC guidelines. To give you some peace of mind while you are staying in Charlotte Hideaway. Our regular cleaning is a deep clean every time; we also replace all linens, bedspreads, blankets, towels, mats, and small rugs. Now, since the COVID 19 outbreak, we are also going behind our cleaning team, disinfecting every touchable surface with alcohol as well as spraying the couch and large rugs with Odoban. It is an environmentally friendly hospital-grade disinfectant that has a slight lavender smell. We hope this can give you some peace of mind during your stay. If you have any other questions about our cleaning practices, do not hesitate to ask.

The space

Living room/ Kitchen/ Dining area

This modern minimalist space is great for lounging, eating, cooking. The comfortable couch is great for sitting back to relax and watch a movie. The dining table is a custom build cedar table for eating or board games. The kitchen has all new appliances and a stocked kitchen for cooking.

Master bedroom

This room is private and sleeps 2 in the king-sized bed. It has a flat-screen tv for laying back and watching tv in bed. The TV has a fire TV stick so you can watch on your personal streaming accounts. You do need an amazon account to use TVs.

Open bedroom

This room is located next to the Master room but is open to the entrance and living room. It sleeps 2 comfortably on the queen-sized bed.

Back patio/ Fire Pit/ Hammock

The patio is a great place to hang outside and enjoy the weather. On cool nights enjoy the fire pit. Relax and enjoy the backyard in the hammock between two trees!
