It is only 11 minutes from the dam and spillway with gorgeous views, hiking, tubing, and fishing. The home sleeps 4 for a spacious getaway to truly enjoy yourselves. In the heart of the hill country, yet an hour away from Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. There is something for everyone here.

Our staff is cleaning with medical-grade disinfectants and following CDC guidelines. To give you some peace of mind while you are staying in Peyton Hideaway. Our regular cleaning is a deep clean every time; we also replace all linens, bedspreads, blankets, towels, mats, and small rugs. Now, since the COVID 19 outbreak, we are also going behind our cleaning team, disinfecting every touchable surface with alcohol as well as spraying the couch and large rugs with Odoban. It is an environmentally friendly hospital-grade disinfectant that has a slight lavender smell. We hope this can give you some peace of mind during your stay. If you have any other questions about our cleaning practices, do not hesitate to ask.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
While inside, relax in the comfortable living room equipped with a 50" Smart TV. Stream your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, or Prime using our WiFi that reaches all throughout the house. Need to work a little on your trip? No problem, the coffee table lifts up for comfortable laptop use from the couch. Between the kitchen and living room is the dining area with a full-sized table for spacious dining.

KITCHEN
Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen newly remodeled with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and mini dishwasher.

BEDROOM
Get a great night's sleep in the comfortable queen size bed with numerous pillow options. Sleep in or nap after a long day on the water; the bedroom has blackout curtains to keep the room nice and dark.

BEDROOM/ GAMEROOM
This room has a twin day bed with a twin trundle that easily pulls out to sleep two. It has an open wall to the living room. This room doubles as a fun game room with a foosball table, games, and cards. There are plenty of books too in the take one, leave one library.

OUTSIDE/ GRILL/ FIRE PIT
Eat outside on the patio furniture in the large backyard. There's a BBQ outside with briquettes provided for grilling. There is also a fire pit for you to use when there is no burn ban. The driveway is long and great for bringing a boat.

BATHROOM
Take a shower or bath in the newly renovated bathroom. It's clean and light with fresh towels, shampoo conditioner, and body wash.

NEIGHBORHOOD POOL
There is a neighborhood pool just a few houses down. We give our guests keys to the pool so they can access it during their stay. The pool is a nice, well-maintained pool. Not everyone is the neighborhood has access to the pool, so it is not usually busy.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the whole house except the master bedroom on the top floor. There is no one staying in the room, it is used for storage. You will have use of the whole yard and driveway. There is plenty of room to park your boat if you have one.
