This 6 bedroom, 4 full and 2 half bath home with a theater room, home office and fire pit sleeps 15 comfortably. It is conveniently only a 5-minute drive to Boat Ramp 1 & is in between both marinas. Our staff is cleaning the home with medical-grade disinfectants and following CDC guidelines. To give you some peace of mind while you are staying in Tribe Hill Hideaway. Our regular cleaning is a deep clean every time; we also replace all linens, bedspreads, blankets, towels, mats, and small rugs. Now, since the COVID 19 outbreak, we are also going behind our cleaning team, disinfecting every touchable surface with alcohol as well as spraying the couch and large rugs with Odoban. It is an environmentally friendly hospital-grade disinfectant that has a slight lavender smell. We hope this can give you some peace of mind during your stay. If you have any other questions about our cleaning practices, do not hesitate to ask.

The space

MIDDLE/MAIN FLOOR

Living room/Kitchen/Dining Room

Have some family time in this gorgeous living room with an amazing view. Stocked with lots of games and a lovely fireplace. Open to the kitchen and dining area. This kitchen is fully stocked and ready for large family and friend's meals. Eat-in the dining area/ at the kitchen island or in the formal dining room at the front of the house.

Main Bedroom

This main bedroom with a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, and a flat-screen TV is the ultimate relaxation spot. Take a long soak in the gorgeous tub while your spouse takes a shower in the stand-alone shower. Bringing the ultimate luxury feel to another level is the bidet and heated floors!

Private office

Need a dedicated room to get work done during your stay? The office has a large desk and printer available to use. This will be your most productive vacation. It even has french doors so you can sneak onto the deck for breaks.

Grill / Deck/ Outdoor Dining Table

This fantastic deck has a gorgeous view of the lake and hills. Enjoy a family/ friends meal at the large 12-seater table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing. Grill for everyone while enjoying the best views!

TOP FLOOR

Jack and Jill bedrooms/ bathroom

One Bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a full bed. The queen room has a lake view, and the other has a hill view.

Game room and Theater room

The game room has a TV with couches to hang. A Mrs. Pacman arcade game and lots of children's toys in the hall closet. The theater room is the full cinematic experience your family has always wanted. Recliners, bean bags, black-out curtains, 75" TV, PS4, XBox ONE and Video games for consoles. There is even a half bath, so there is no need for long pauses for bathroom breaks.

BOTTOM LEVEL

The bottom level has three bedrooms and its own living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The other two are attached by a Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a queen bed, and the other has a queen and three twins.

Lower Deck & Fire Pit

The lower deck has an amazing view as well as a comfy sectional. It is just above the fenced in Fire pit area. Roast some marshmallows on a nice cool night over a fire at the fire pit. ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS A BURN BAN.
